Decades of deliciousness
Born in Louisiana, Percy “Frenchy” Creuzot, Jr. had a passion for authentic, delicious Creole food and for family heritage. These passions inspired him to open a small po-boy shop after moving to Houston in the 1960s. That one shop grew to be the world-renowned Frenchy’s Chicken chain of restaurants which became a hometown favorite of millions and beloved by locals and celebrities alike.
With that as a foundation, Frenchy’s Sausage Company was born. Our mission is to continue that heritage and guarantee exceptional quality and consistency in our food products. We’ve grown from a single, central kitchen to a premier regional food manufacturer and supplier of authentic Creole products.
Now, the family’s third generation continues to consistently produce delicious Creole food of the best quality as Frenhcy’s Good Ole Creole.
