A delicious recipe that contains eggs, extra sharp cheese, finely chopped green onions, and Frenchy's Seasoned Salt.

Nine (9) eggs (or 1 ½ cups frozen eggs)
One-half (½) cup grated Extra Sharp Cheese
One-fourth (¼) cup finely chopped Green Onions
One-half (½) tsp. Frenchy’s Season Salt

12-inch French Whip
2-quart Plastic Container
Grill or Skillet
Spatula or Spoon

To Do In Advance
Grate at least two (2) cups of cheese and chop one (1) cup of green onions.

Combine all ingredients in 2 quart container and beat well with French Whip.

If using grill, place one (1) ounce Koala Gold on grill that has been heated to 275 degrees. Slowly pour eggs on grill.

Using spatula, stir and cook eggs to medium consistency.

If using skillet, heat skillet to medium low and add one (1) ounce of Koala Gold.

Pour in eggs and stir until medium consistency with spoon.
